Recorded by the late John Purse at the rackety house during our backwater period while Al was living in New York. Part of our new cd and digital EP Some Jails Are Better Than Others. There were times and places in the folk world of antiquity where no respectable citizen would be found without a Hermaphrodite gracing their hearth. Hats off to the Winkte; sacred two-souls people of the Lakota community.
